To promote the interest and preserve the traditions of the United States Marine Corps; strengthen the fraternity of Marines and their families; serve Marines, FMF Corpsmen, FMF Chaplains who wear or have worn the eagle globe and anchor; and foster the ideals of Americanism and patriotic volunteerism.

EVENTS & LOCAL HAPPENINGS
The “Tun Tavern” that we currently call home is starting a new initiative called Five Dollar Fridays beginning on 11/28/2025 (Black Friday). There will be a $5 charge at the door for that nights entertainment from 18:00 to Close. This initiative will involve Comedians, Bands, and sometimes Karaoke. We invite you to come hang out.
OUR LOCATION
The Calumet Detachment calls the “Tun Tavern” home. This is a property owned and operated by our sister detachment Howlin’ Mad #93, if you visit us here we don’t want you to be confused by a different detachment’s name on the sign out front. There is a beautiful memorial on property and we invite you to come visit.
